1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KaraChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use KaraChat.

2. Service Description

KaraChat is an anonymous, end-to-end encrypted chat platform. Messages are encrypted in the user's browser before transmission. The server does not have access to message content. All messages are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree NOT to use KaraChat to:

• Share, distribute, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Promote, plan, or coordinate terrorism or violent extremism
• Engage in harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other users
• Distribute hate speech targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Share non-consensual intimate images or engage in sexual exploitation
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or engage in fraud
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
• Impersonate law enforcement or government officials

4. Encryption & Privacy

KaraChat employs end-to-end encryption. We cannot read, moderate, or access the content of messages. We do not log message content. Minimal connection metadata (timestamps, anonymized identifiers) may be retained for security and abuse prevention purposes.

5. Reporting & Moderation

Users can report other users for violations of these terms. Reports are reviewed and may result in temporary or permanent bans. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required and will comply with valid court orders.

6. Limitation of Liability

KaraChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any content shared by users, any damages resulting from the use of the service, or any interruption or discontinuation of the service. Users are solely responsible for their conduct and content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
